try again

Seems that my GYN was a little confused about what was wrong and where. I told her where the pain was, so she sent me to a pelvic floor specialist. The PFS took one look at the intake form and said that she thinks that there was a mistake with the referral and gave me the name of a Vulvodynia specialist at Drexel Med (nee: Hahnemann). She warned me that it is hard to get in, but it will be well worth it if I dedicate myself to the lengthy screening procedure that the guy does.

I asked her to poke around down there and take a look at a few lumps and bumps and tears and she said that she can see that something is wrong with the skin in and around my lovetube, but she doesn't have any clue what it is.

Of course she was the nicest, most sympathetic doctor I've ever dealt with, and I'll never see her again. Maybe I'll write her a letter.

In happier news, I've been trying to stick to the vagina diet and I've been taking a Calcium+Citrate and L. Acidophilous supplement and I can almost live without crying most days. Good times.

Argh! You poor thing. I want to say that I wish I lived closer to take a look down there for you but that just doesn't sound right unless you know what I do. Of course you know, so take the above statement to heart. And those that don't know can assume Im not a perve lol.
